Message board
Communications between the HR office and employees, or among employees themselves, similar to a private email service. Ability to define critical messages with mandatory reading.

SMS
Notification via SMS of a series of parameters configured for each employee and/or sending of messages that can be defined at the time (e.g., summons or notices). The service is managed by a centralized server that physically sends the SMS messages: the client acquires message packages that are consumed upon each sending.

The majority of prints and statistical analyses can be exported in various formats and sent via email to one or more designated recipients. The monthly timesheet of individual employees, or a group of employees, can be directly emailed to the recipient.

Expense reports
Configurable items for various types of expenses; each with export rules to payroll. Automatic allowances based on rules and individual profiles. Integrated management of the car fleet.

Cost center
Ability to differentiate cost centers, tasks, and projects, with defined validity periods and customizable automation through dynamic profiles. Option to export data for use with other procedures.
