Using data from clocking devices or manually/automatically entered working hours, Planet Time GO! reconstructs the time card for each individual employee. With the input of absence justifications (vacations, sick leave, permits, etc.) and the subsequent processing phase, the results of worked hours are obtained, divided into various categories of presence and absence (regular, overtime, vacation, permits, sick leave, etc.).

Planet Time GO! is the entry-level version of Planet Time, retaining the calculation engine and all basic functionalities. Its strong suit lies in the configuration of the calculation engine. Through numerous available parameters (such as clocking types, rounding, notifications, anomalies, shifts, flexibility, hours bank, reprocessing, totals, etc.), it automatically manages various personnel management needs.

Access profiles are based on roles, context, and skills: operators accessing the system can manage only specific subsets of company resources (even just a single employee) and can utilize certain functionalities based on their role and skills.

Dynamic organizational chart (which can vary over time) structured as a tree with unlimited nesting levels.

CLOCKINGS IMPORT

Import of attendance and canteen clockings, entirely script-based; this way, the process is independent of the technology of the detection system and is capable of interpreting (and potentially modifying) any type of format.

STATISTICS

All data managed and/or processed by the program can be subject to multi-dimensional analysis with the possibility of using organizational charts as aggregation elements and a series of filters, even very sophisticated and complex, defined by the operator.
